For my car insurance renewal i have given the RC, Covernote of the policy and cheque no 321802 for an amount of 7489/- to the sales officer M.Sivasankar (Nungambakkam, CHennai) on 14-March 2011. After so many calls he told that based on Covernote its not possible to issue the policy and suggested that go for another insurance company. i bought the policy from IFFICO-TOKIO on 4-Apr 2011 and forwarded the same to the Sivasankar to get the repayment of my money. His team leads Ravi and Saravanan told that it requires 7 working days to get the repayment of the money. From the past 2 months i am following up daily calling these guys, but the responce is tomorrow or day after tomorrow will receive the cheque. Till now i didnt receive any clear information on why it is delaying and taking so much of time to repayment the money for which the policy was not issued, and any diductions are made for the amount which i have made? If yes what are all the deductions?
