Dear Sir/Madam,

I'm sorry for escalating the matter to you as a last resort and am confident to receive solution. I have sent 5 reminders in addition to numerous calls made with NO RESPONSE from Reliance team. Clearly the grievance redressal process seems to have completely broken down and the customer is left to run from pillar to post and finally approach to YOU to get her legitimate right.

A brief summary of the issue is as under:
1. I ensured my Honda City car with RGICL, vide Policy No. 1503792311002504
2. My car got stolen on 1-May 2010 night and a claim was lodged with RGICL on 2-May-2010, vide Claim No. 2101109263
3. ALL DOCUMENTS have been submitted to M/s Shapt Professional 9authorised agent of RGICL) as and when they became available. The final set of documents were submitted on 2-Mar-2011 to them and they have confirmed to have received ALL DOCUMENTS.
4. M/s Shapt (Mr Aggarwal confirmed to me in a concall with RGICL rep, Mr Vinod Goswami) has couriered all documents to Reliance on 12-May-2011.
5. Online status of my claim on RGICL website still shows to have received only 20% doc's...!
6. A complaint was regtd, vide Case ID: 01864010, thru e-mail to RGICL.
7. I have been in touch with Mr Somen Dey and have called him min 7 times in last 2 months. However, I never got any return call from him.
8. I have been told by Mr Somen that that the agency (M/s Shapt) has still not submitted doc's to them and hence my claim is not getting processed. He is also not able to give me any visibility on disbursement of my claim. He also didn't give any other officer's name to whom I could approach for redressal.
9. It's more than A YEAR that I lost my car and more than 2.5 MONTHS that I submitted ALL DOCUMENTS; but I'm yet to get my claim.
10. Humbly request your goodself to help me out and get my claim at the earliest.

Sincerely yours,
Shaheedul Hasan
H/O Mrs Shamimbanu (regtd owner of the car)
