Hi,
I have Bajaj Allianz policy. For this I made online payment on 12th may,2011 on bajaj allianz portal site.
but, due to some technical problem in bajaj allianz portal site (which they accepted) money is not credited to my policy, but money was deducted from my credit card account.
After that my nightmare started and I have horrible experience with Bajaj allianz customer care.
first of all when I try to call their customer care number

Since then, I called them every hour and I am not getting proper answers.


Now, I am not sure how to deal these untrusty bajaj allianz.

Please help me how to file complaint in consumer court against bajaj allianz.
