I have recently paid a car insurance agent the policy premium to take a car insurance policy, he did the car survey & took the required documents with the sum. Handed over to me was a cover note which is valid for a week (expires today), he has not sent me my insurance policy nor is he answering my calls, i was givem this insurance agent details by the Just Dial team in Mumbai.
