Pl find my corrospance with the company where I had narrated the accident of my car.
The rep of Royal Sundaram at My car Mr . Prashant , Surveyor (09764160666) , had cleared only side scratching damage and not Bumper damage repair charges.
What he had send to me "Best judged from the damages and cause of accident narrated in the claim form, we wish to inform you that the Left hand side damages has been authorized for repairs as the same were tallying with cause of accident. Please note that the front bumper damages are not relevant to the cause of accident, hence the repairs were not authorized for the same."
and there is no report as such as per IRA and only instructions to My car who has to carry the repair
royal sunderam is not sending the claim form and is not downloadable from their site too.
Pl gothrough the case and let me know how to proceed further to get all my claim carges

Dear sir,
I had a Royal Sundaram car policy for vehicle Ritz Maruti MH 14 Bx 4660
through Maruti Dealer MyCar Pune Wakad
Recently there was a minor damage to the vehicle ,
I was coming from Pune city to my residence at Chinchwad at night,
When I reached Chinchwad , I took turn to enter my society , the left side panels
Were rubbed construction bars projecting outside ,( work of flyover is in progress ). As soon as the rubbing stared sound , I stopped and reversed the car by rotating right and left . When I took again forward the left side bumper had impact on wooden pole ,which provided by construction purpose, and it damaged .
When I had given for servicing , My car suggested to use insurance for repair.
You rep at My car Mr . Prashant , Surveyor (09764160666) , had cleared only side scratching damage and not Bumper damage
I would like to know the reasons for not covering both damages in insurance
Reasons given by your rep by Phone is not acceptable by me at all.
Technically it is a jock .
Pl reply as early as possible , so that I can take up this case further if reasons are
not acceptable technically.

With reference to the above mentioned claim, we wish to inform you that the claim has been intimated to us on 22 Mar 11 and inspected by our surveyor on the same day. Best judged from the damages and cause of accident narrated in the claim form, we wish to inform you that the Left hand side damages has been authorized for repairs as the same were tallying with cause of accident. Thanks for reply and forwarding to concern team
However ,
1) pl send me claim form
2) I had seen the report ,so called ,my car service stations , which I had collected the copy
it is seen that it is not a report but it is a instructions given to my car for commercial purpose and go ahead for repair
3) there is no report as such, and no reasons given to reject the claim for Bumper repaire.
Further to this ,
a) Pl define a part with examples with respect to vehicle / automobile
b) Which plastic , rubber and Nylon material ,chemical name ,you are referring to your CAR SHIELD PRIVATE CAR PACKAGE POLICY as there are many type of these material are used at different purpose at different parts / components.
c) What are the Technical reasons for Rubber, plastic and Nylon parts 50% coverage only , pl send me report , data , technical papers and references to take such, also for Fiber glass component 30%
d) "The Company will indemnify the Insured against Loss or Damage to the Private Car insured hereunder and/or its accessories whilst thereon" this is a close from your cars hild private car package policy, does it not cover Bumper and scratches ?
