My car insurence will be getting expired on 14th March, 2011 so I have applied for Car Insurence on 10th Feb. 2011 through Globe Capitals (Pooja Kashyap

'poojakashyap@globecapital.com') and got a cover note number 30648355 dated 18th Feb, 2011. I have submitted ICICI Cheque number 663556 in this regard dated

02/03/2011. Between 18th feb to 2nd march, 2011 I keep on reminding the Globe Capital about the current status about deduction of amount from my bank account

and specifically told them to enquiry about the reason behind the non debition from my account. I also told them that I don't want my insurence to be

expired. I have also contacted the toll free number 18001032292 but an automated answer machine displays the message that someone from customer care will

reach you within the next 48hrs. I have tried twice before I have contacted Pooja (Globe Capital) and let her know about the current state of my bank

account. Between 2nd March, 2011 and 14th March 2011 I have called up at least 5 times to Pooja and customer care but I haven't recieved any response.

Accroding to Pooja, each time she has contacted the Bharati Axa office she is getting the status as 'the request is under process'.

On 22nd when I haven't recieved anything then again I have called up pooja again and to my surprise she has told me that the Bharati Axa is telling that the

cheque has been bounced due to insufficient fund. When I registered a complaint against the bank I came to know that the cheque has been returned back on 5th

March, 2011 to Bharati Axa and has not been bounced and there is sufficient fund available. The cheque has been returned back due to 'Alteration/Correction

of instrumentation prohibited'. I have also found that there is a stamp on the cheque placed by Standard chattered bank on the behalf of Bharati Axa.
I haven't got any intimation call or courrier on my mobile or residential address, niether from Bharati AXA or from Globe Capital and that too when I have

contacted several times to both of them.On the basis of non intimation to the client (verified by customer care by going through it's own system)the customer

care in Bharati Axa has registered one request to provide me the car insurence on the cover letter dated 18th Feb, 2011.

But within the next few hours of submitting a fresh cheque I have got a call from Sachindra Garg (sachindragarg@smcinsurance.in) who is telling that he won't

be able to provide the insurence as per the previous letter dated 18th Feb and I have to apply for car insurence fresh. He is giving an excuse of some speed

post#EK415392216IN from there Bangalore office on 9th Feb 2011 and saying that due to lack of attention it hasn't been updated till 23rd March, 2011. When I

have checked the speed post status I have found that it is meant for some other area and has been undelivered and returned back on 15th March only. From 15th

to 29th March Bharati Axa doesn't bother to check the status of the courier. It is simple a case of fraud in which Bharati Axa keep on making false

statements to cover up there ill intended activity. My points are:

1). Lots of time Bharati Axa has to communicate me and it didn't happen. Previously a request ID has been registered for non intimation and then a claim

about the speed post (which intended for completely different area and may be for different reason as well). If intimation doesn't given to me even after

communication of several times then who is faulty??

2). If Bharati Axa has the idea about the rules of bank about the alteration on cheque then why they didn't verified it at the time when I have submitted the

cheque long days back around 10th Feb, 2011 and why they have allowed Standard chattered to stamp on the cheque. If Bharati Axa claim that they are not aware

of before then my point is if Bharati Axa people who is dealing with banks on daily basis are not aware of this fact then how come I suppose to have this

information??? and if they are aware then why they have stamped on my cheque and submit it for rejection from ICICI bank?

3). Now a days most of the company is using private courier services apart from mobile and e-mail intimation, Bharati Axa people were using speed post

nothing else to intimate there prospective customers which I haven't received till date also. There is more economical way like giving a phone call or

sending an e-mail rather than intimate through speed post.If Bharati Axa is doing this with there prospective customer then what one can expect about there

service for there existing customers??




For the past 2 weeks my car is running without insurence and that too because of the faulty process in Bhararti Axa.
It looks like I was fool to apply for Bharati Axa car insurence. For the past many a days I am getting harased on the name of the car insurence by Bharati

Axa, Globe Capital and SMC Insurence. I have made several communication to there greivance redressal team Gurinder Singh (gurinder.singh@bharti-axagi.co.in),

Vikash Trpathi (vikas.tripathi@bharti-axagi.co.in), Ravi (ravi.seshadrit@bharti-axagi.co.in), Dipankar (dipankar.saikia@bharti-axagi.co.in), Rahul

(rahul.goel@bharti-axagi.co.in) and Sanyukta (sanyukta.kapoor@bharti-axagi.co.in) and many more. But they keep a deaf ear against all my communication. Even

they have given me one example in which they have told me that 25000Rs is pending against Baja insurence and he is not able to take it out then there is no

means for me to go ahead with doing all kinds of complaint in customer forum.

I am coming to this forum to let the people know how easily Bharati Axa, Globe Capital and SMC insurence is making fool to there clients without having any

fear about the consumer forums and consumercourt.
I also want to advice the people to not opt any third party (like Globe Capital) for taking Car Insurence and opt for Bharati Axa only if they have more than

90Days left in there kitty.

I want some stringent action against all these people involve. I do have all the necessary documents with me as an evidence and will produce if required.
