Policy No. :- OG 11 1701 1818 00000398.
Since the day I got new policy, I am contacting you all for a simple correction in it. The sub type of my vehicle is incorrect. For me as I think it is minute job but for Bajaj allianz I guess it will take ages. I am tied of sending mail and calls (daily alomst 1 hour). Still it is unclear that how much time it will take or is it something which cant be done. Consumer is paying for the mistake done by service provider.

I received both soft as well as hard copy of the policy. I am not sure why it took almost one month to resolve it. Still I appreciate and thanks the way you all tracked this long pending request and resolved it.
