As per the total scene my car swift lxi(HR26AH0930 damaged on 14/03/2011 on road Therefore, I registered a complaint on 14/03/2011 with the no.: 1223768. Afterwards, no action, no call, no mail has been received for an update. I called couple of times to the Final Surveryor(Mr Goel-70019187) firstly he says i can give you only single gate and misbehaved me and second time when i called him then he says "do needful only after that i can give you the total claim" .MY SIMPLE QUESTION IS ONLY THAT "IS THIS TYPE OF ENVIORNMENT YOU ARE MAINTAINING ANG IF YOU HAVE GIVEN THE AUTHORITY TO A PERSON FOR ANY APPROVAL THAT MEANS HE IS GOD ,ONLY HE KNOWS RIGHT OR WRONG .LOTS OF TIMES IHAV SENT THE MAILS BUT NOBODY TAKE CARE ABOUT THE PRECIOUS CUSTOMERS, I call customer care dept., they keep on sending updates to the finance department as a follow up on the same complaint number.

I would request you To please help me to resolve this problem as soon as possible.
