Dear Sir/Madam

I had got my Indica/2007 bearing regn. no. JH01T-5761 Insured from Iffko Tokio General Insurance where in the payment was made through a cheque of Punjab National Bank. But I have not received any policy regarding the same. Neither I was assured whether my vehicle was insured or not. Kindly advise us on how to proceed as the said matter is almost 2- 3 years old.
