I had some issues with Reliance Insurance team and I decided to cancel the insurance before the start of the insurance. I called the Reliance Insurance team on 1800-3002-8282 and they said it would be fine to cancel and 100% will be returned if the new insurance is taken before 1st oct 2010. So, I had taken a new insurance on 27th Sep 2010. Details as below.

I had intimated the same to Reliance on the same day and have even faxed my new insurance policy to them couple of times. they have been telling me that my money INR 2406 would be returned within 7 business days. It has been over 5 months now and I am yet to get the money. Please help me get my money back.
