It is matter of great regret that unfortunately I opted to renew my car Insurance from your Myaypauri branch for my car DL9CX0278 which was bought from yr same branch.It is almost a month my earlier insurance cover has expired and I have not received renewed cover note in spite of my dozen phone calls to your representatives Ms Gita Manju who are every time giving me false replies my cover note was sent to wrong address and they promised a week back that devlivery on same day.In case I suffer any loss or penalty DD Motors have to make it good
In spite of my dozen calls and reasons explained to u and u are harping on the same thing.

1. Address change documents were given to the yr person who came to collect the premium cheque and personal request was made to him that it is ensured that original policy documents are sent to correct address but to total disregard to my request policy was sent to wrong address

2. Your saying so that mail copy and photocopy is valid policy is worthless. if On the way traffic constable ask me for the original copy of insurance policy who will explain to him that Madam Manju has said that it is a valid policy

3.therefore, without any further delay original policy must be delivered to me immediately

4. This further shows that instead of taking corrective measures u are trying to put entire blame on your customer
