Dear Madam/Sir,
I have renewed Bike Insurance on 5th March 2009 through phone in ICICI
lombard. After that they told me that they will send hard copies of renewal of
policy through courier within 5-7 working days. After that they posted SMS on
my mobile too. But I didn't received the same. After that I call there
customer care center at various time intervals and every time they told me the
same thing every time. Till date I have not received any document.
Kindly suggest me the proper way.
