    Default Car not repaired properly.

    Dear Sir/Madam,
I had an accident on 7th of November,2010. with an Auto rickshaw on one side and a motorbike on the other side, while I was driving my i10 car. I had the repair done through Charu motors( popularly known as Hans Hyundai) workshop. The insurance I have is from Bharati Axa, and the repair they have passed is not upto the mark. The car is not even fully repaired. Please guide as to how to follow up this complaint.. and make a foemal complaint against the company.

    Regards,
    Ankit Gupta
