Dear Sir/Madam
Reliance General Insurance Co. Ltd (RGI), Musherabad, Hyderabad approched me over phone continuously for renewal of car insurance policy. Eventhough I told them that I am currently having the ICICI Lombard General Insurance Co Ltd's policy, they sent Mr.B.Jantosh Kumar to my house and convinced me telling that RGI is the best in customer service and pl have a policy. I have given a cheque dt 10th Dec 2010 on 8th Oct 2010. Mr. Jantosh Kumar assured me that the Certificate cum policy certificate will be sent once the cheque is deposited. He gave his contact number 9391111842 (cell) and company office number as 040-32440761.
The cheque has been realised but I yet to receive the Certificate cum Policy. When I approched Mr. Jantosh Kumar, he is not attending the call. Later when I approched the office number, the call itself not going. Then I approched customer service number 022-39898282, there is no use since it is only a recorded information.
I am facing lot of difficulties to get the policy copy itself, what will happen if a need comes for claiming the policy.
I request the authorities to do justice.
