This is C.Rajarajan who has brought Maruti A-Star through Indus Motors on May 2010. I have got Motor insurance through your company RoyalSundaram.
My policy number is MI11111130024315. I had recently met with an accident and had some problem with my car engine. We have given for service at Maruti Service Masters, Guindy , service center. Earlier when we left the vehicle for service, we were told that all the claims through the expenses related to repairing our vehicle will be claimed. But now we are told that we have to pay all the expenses on our own towards the repair work. On this, we were not given any confirmation or intimation from insurance agent on how far we can claim or no amount will be claimed. Now suddenly coming to know that we could not claim is something like cheating. We have submitted all documents as well as clearly explained the situation on how the accident happened.

Can you please look into this matter and clarify why we could not claim our money ? This is totally unacceptable as we are claiming for insurance as we met with an accident. gaWe agreed and applied to this insurance as we got good feedbacks from our friends.
