Popular Car service and body shop steals people's money with cashless facility.

They have charged my car for body work with ICICI and never fixed the problem and only the cosmetics outside. Popular services chennai is popular in stealing people car parts without their knowledge and replacing and bagging money.

Its a huge scam and whenever i left my car for service I received my car with huge problems. Once my audio system was stolen and luckily I havent left the premises and they replaced it with some one elses car systems. That wasnt working after a week.

I have forced to leave the car there due to popular insurance tie up with ICICI lombard. They made the accident inside the yard infront of my sight and claiming that it was there already. They drove the car lethagically and hit another car and my front bumper was spoiled. Amazingly they fixed it so quickly i.e. must have replaced with someone elses property.

Please beaware of Popular and never choose their service again. When I escalated the third time to the GM level I havent received a call from maruthi regarding the service.

The reason is they are chaning your no until they receve a feedback call in the database to their manager's number and tell them that the service was simply superb.

This is unacceptable. I have evidence and ready to sue, if anyone available with similar complaints let me know.
