I have santo car for which insurance has expired on 8th of April 2009. The Reliance General Insurance has approached me and given an offer that they will provide following gift along with Insurance policy.

1. Vaccum Cleaner
2. Service Coupans
3. A holiday package.

Insurance Agent has endorsed these things in cover note and signed.

I got my policy but rest of the things that was promised to me wasn't delivered. I am cheated by the Insurance Agent. His name is Sameer and his contact number is 99581 63594. I try to contact this almost twice a week for 2 months he happen to tell each time that the gift item shall be delivered soon. But now he stopped picking the phone as well.

Also I have paid the check of amount Rs. 8550 dated 27th Feb 2009 but the insurance policy was of only Rs 8371.

I am very upset with this and I have done all the escalation available on their website and called at their call centre. No one helped me. I would kindly request you to help me out in this.
