I have my Vehicle (Maruti Swift VDi) model November 2008 insured with M/s Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Ltd., my vehicle met an accident in the month of August 2010 and have given my vehicle for repairs to M/s Raj-Sneh Auto India Pvt. Ltd., Meerut on 02nd September 2010, I received my vehicle on 24th September 2010 vide invoice No. BR10004492 dated 24/09/2010 and have paid the full payment of Rs. 51,105/- to M/s Raj-Sneh Auto.
I have discussed with the surveyor of the vehicle and he assured me that the payment of (approx.) Rs. 42,000/- (by cheque) from the insurance company will be reimbursed to me with in 10-15 working days. I inquired to the surveyor after 15 days and he told me that he has processed the same and it is pending with the company and will take another 7 days time. I again inquired after 7 days and he told me that it is pending with the accounts department.

But to my utter surprise I received a call on 20th October from the insurance company (Ms. Anuradha), saying that they need my accounts details for processing the payment through NEFT. I asked for clarification as why after almost 1 month they are asking my bank details for payment and they said that due to recent changes made by IRDA it is required to make the payment through NEFT. I have provided all the required details to them on 21st October and they have again assured me that the payment will be processed with in 2-3 days and after all my efforts I could not reach them for next 4-5 days and finally I got another contact number of Mr. Anil Rathi (09910385923), I called him up on 30th October and he assured that the payment will be processed within two days time, on 2nd November I again inquired them about the payment and they again excused them for another 2 days time but actually I could hear in background that it is still pending for payment due to some internal issues in their accounts department.
Sir, I have requested them I am an earning lady for my home and could not afford a sum of Rs. 42,000/- pending for almost 2 months. It is requested to kindly look into the matter as the festival is also approaching and I am in need of the money that I have spent for the insurance.
Now it is again more than a week that they have promised to make the payment, but even today I have not received my payment.
