    Default Complain Against Bajaj Allianz Vehical Insurance

    Sir,

    I am Anil Sehrawat, i m holding a Bajaj Vehical (No. OG-11-1003-1801-0021606 its called Cash Less) for my Car no. DL9CL2986, this to inform you that i am holding this insurance since 14-Sep-09 and the same was renewed on 14.Sep-2009
    (cover note No. MC1000366734) thrugh Agent(Ravi-9717532684), he promissed me that if there will be need of any claim before receving orignal policy than cover note is enough and there will be no problem at all.
    I met with an accident before getting the orignal policy, so i called Mr. Ravi and told him the story and he again promised me that you can get claim with covernote without any problem, So i took my car service centre(Auto Tech Engineers Dawarka) on 23 of Sep and gave them all necessory documnets(Cover note copy, DL copy and
    copy of vehicle RC), next day i was told by the service centre guy that my policy is still not renewed and we will not be able to provide you services on basis of your cover not, than i called mr ravi and he told me after checking that there is a short premium of rs. 100 from my side thus the policy is still not renewed, and I(Ravi) have deposied the same in my office and now you will get the insurance without any further problem.
    Finally on Monday the survey of my car is done(claim no. OC-11-1101-1801-00015246) and i informed of the same by the service centre, but at the time of delivery i was told by the service centre guy that i ll not get the facility as the same was not approved from the surveyor(but my policy is cash less) , than i again called mr. Ravi and told my problem than he told me that i should have informed llittile eariler about this and at this moment he will not be able to help me and i have to pay the amount by myself which was only Rs. 5,000.
    After all the mental hrassment i paid the amount by self and get delivery of my car. after that i have not got any call from either the Bajaj Allinaz team or Mr. Ravi about the same.
    i will also want to inform you that during the period 13 Sep 2009 to 14 Sep 2010, i did not files any claim and still for a claim of Rs. 5,000 i have to suffer mental and emotional hrassment


    I request you to please look into the matter, and solve this ASAP, else i am ready to take this matter into the consumer court for mental hrassment.

    Default Complaint against bajaj allianj agent and dmi

    I was contacted by some javedmobile no.8527782710. On 4/2/2011 saying as agent of bajaj allianz agent in connection with renewal of my car insurance. He made me talk to some mr. Neeraj saying dmi and having the number 9999598530.he told me that he will deliver the insurance policy on or before 9/2/2011. But till 11/2/2011 it was not delivered.then i contacted mr. Neraj asking for the same. Then he delivered me the policy certificate (noo). The idb as per the certificate was 377350 but as per cover note bearing the no.mc1001069950 value was declared as 430000.
    I want instant solution regarding my complaint as well as compensation for mental harassment

    Unhappy Not able to resolve genuine customer Grievances.

    Sub: Bajaj Allianz team cosider the claim done by the customer as False claim.

    Sir,

    I am Ramalingam, My family is holding Ford Ikon vehicle Mfg:2009 , which has a insurance of (No. OG-11-1501-1801-00030742 its called Cash Less) for my Car.

    In the accident the windshield has got a crack in the top and when we narrate and explain to surveyor who looks after pondicherry region Mr.Giridharan (9600040034), and he claims that based on his experience he claims as that due to the impact the windshield will not damaged.

    Since i am not convinced with the answer gave by the surveyor i have taken up the issues with Deputy manager , motor claims , chennai Region Mr.Ramesh , (9940110343), he is trying to defend his subbordinates by saying the same answer as of surveyor.

    If mr.Ramesh claims that the windshield has not got damaged during accident , then there is only option which is in indirectly saying that i am doing a false claim.Even i have asked ramesh to have report that i am doing false claim for which he denies to give the same.

    Even the accident has happened 2 months before , still there is no clearance from the insurance and there is no proper response from your team and the vehicle still stays with dealer.

    I have asked for the deputy manager what should i do if it happens in future, Mr.Ramesh replies me that to take a photograph on the spot.So he wants me carry Camera all the time when i go for a travel.I am very much worried abt the reply he gave me.

    Since there are many false claim in the industries , your team is looking all the claim as false one and they are not able to identify the genuine customers grievances.

    I hope there will be some resolution.

    I have applied for a car insurance for my i20 car and I have done all the formalities, including sumiiting the premium cheque. The executive who took the documents have never got back.

    Request you to investigate the same and revet on priority.

    Default IRRELEVANT CALLS > 20 A DAY from Bajaj Allianz...

    I am having an i10 car whose insurance is due on 25 /12... from last some days, I have been receiving plenty n plenty of calls from their team and everytime a new person calls up.
    I am deeply irritated as I receive calls in middle of meetings, business negotiations. I have told everybody who called me up but still I am receiving the calls.

    they are making missed calls, irritating in every 10 mins.
