Sir,
I am Anil Sehrawat, i m holding a Bajaj Vehical (No. OG-11-1003-1801-0021606 its called Cash Less) for my Car no. DL9CL2986, this to inform you that i am holding this insurance since 14-Sep-09 and the same was renewed on 14.Sep-2009
(cover note No. MC1000366734) thrugh Agent(Ravi-9717532684), he promissed me that if there will be need of any claim before receving orignal policy than cover note is enough and there will be no problem at all.
I met with an accident before getting the orignal policy, so i called Mr. Ravi and told him the story and he again promised me that you can get claim with covernote without any problem, So i took my car service centre(Auto Tech Engineers Dawarka) on 23 of Sep and gave them all necessory documnets(Cover note copy, DL copy and
copy of vehicle RC), next day i was told by the service centre guy that my policy is still not renewed and we will not be able to provide you services on basis of your cover not, than i called mr ravi and he told me after checking that there is a short premium of rs. 100 from my side thus the policy is still not renewed, and I(Ravi) have deposied the same in my office and now you will get the insurance without any further problem.
Finally on Monday the survey of my car is done(claim no. OC-11-1101-1801-00015246) and i informed of the same by the service centre, but at the time of delivery i was told by the service centre guy that i ll not get the facility as the same was not approved from the surveyor(but my policy is cash less) , than i again called mr. Ravi and told my problem than he told me that i should have informed llittile eariler about this and at this moment he will not be able to help me and i have to pay the amount by myself which was only Rs. 5,000.
After all the mental hrassment i paid the amount by self and get delivery of my car. after that i have not got any call from either the Bajaj Allinaz team or Mr. Ravi about the same.
i will also want to inform you that during the period 13 Sep 2009 to 14 Sep 2010, i did not files any claim and still for a claim of Rs. 5,000 i have to suffer mental and emotional hrassment
I request you to please look into the matter, and solve this ASAP, else i am ready to take this matter into the consumer court for mental hrassment.
