I am submitting as under

As you are an government appointee. where a common person like us can approach against the autocratic behaviour of these private companies and look upto you to protect the rights of a customer as to sustain the faith in this general insurance market.

I urge you to kindly look into the matter of my Claim No.- 2101113459 with RELIANCE GENERAL INSURANCE CO. LTD. for my Santro Car bearing Registration No.- DL 3C AP 7143. I requested for an insurance claim on 6-5-2010 after my car met with an accident. It's the same point from where my worst experience with insurance company started. Claim inspection for my car was done by Mr. Mukesh Mendiratta. There are a number of components which are there in the list of parts replaced by the service station does not match the report of your surveyor & let me mentioned that those parts are of either plastic or metal & as per my understanding of the policy document these components are very much eligible for claim.

I did spoke to your surveyor & told him the same but he was rude and didnt replied me in a positive way and asked for 15% of the total claim in advance if things need to be done. And i did not provide me the esclation point. I called up the okhla branch of the company at regular intervals but nobody picked the phone.

IS RELIANCE GENERAL INSURACE COMPANY WORKING UNDER REGULATORY NORMS OR WORKING AS AN AUTONOMOUS BODY ON ITS OWN. THEYEVEN DO NOT COLLIMATE WITH COMPANY'S POSITION IN THE MARKET. i APPROCHED THE COMPANY THROUGH MAIL BUT DIDNT GET ANY SORT OF REPLY OR ASSURANCE. THAT MAKES MY IMPRESSION MORE IMPREGNABLE THAT THIS COMPANY IS JUST A FOUR FLUSH.

As a customer of RELIANCE GENERAL INSURANCE i belive that i do have a right to approach mid & senior managment if i am not satisfied.

Request you to please order to investigate the matter.
