    Dear Sir

    I had purchased my personal Mahindra Xylo E 4 car on 23 December 2009, I went on a family holiday with my wife , two kids, and father in law and mother in

    law , we stayed at hotel swad ri dhani at Ajmer on 20 June, Hotel Hadi Rani Palace Udaipur 21 june, hotel Aravali mount abu on 22 june, hotel Ratnawali

    Jodhpur on 23 June, and hotel Chauhan palace Jaisalmer on 24th June, We got dinner invitation by our local friend Narayan dan at his restaurant " Kabab

    Point" there he specially got made Dal bati Churma for us , on 24th June, there he discussed about some miracles of Tanot mata near Jaisalmer and we made a

    plan to visit temple with him next morning, 25th June we went to Tanot Mata temple in Jaisalmer district with my local friend Narayan Dan , when we were

    returning from Tanot temple to Jaisalmer , we got an road accident , Vehicle was driven by Narayan , there was some sudden animal movment on road and vehicle

    got dis balanced and turned upside down , We all got injured , i got four stiches on my head , and Narayan got some injury on his elbow, my father in law got

    5 stiches on his head and a major injury on his neck , my wife got deep wound on her knee, my mother in law got big wound and a fracture on her leg, kids

    were unhurt by miracle of Tanot mata. some one called ( passing vehicles) ambulance on number 108 and we were taken to Jaisalmer hospitals , I made a police

    complaint about accident at Jaisalmer police station in presence of police officer Nihal singh, My mother in laww and others shifted to Delhi and got

    admitted at Deepak Memorial hospital Delhi , my father in law got mejor operation of his necj at sir Gangaram hospital Delhi on 10th July.

    I had called icici lombard from Jaisalmer with in 2-3 hours after accident , and told about my motor claim number Mot01623618, they told me some one will

    call me to guide what to do , no one called me from Icici lombard and after reaching Delhi when i called customer care of Icici lombard they given me number

    of Mr Nitin Bhatt by email , number was wrong and after calling many times i got his correct number from some icici lombard surveyer, I had a talk to Mr.

    Nitin bhatt , he told me he will send some to jaisalmer for spot inspection in few days , after 10-12 days i got a call from Nitin bhatt that spot

    investigation is not required for private vehicle and i can take my vehcile to Delhi or Jodhpur at any Mahindra work shop , i opted for Delhi and my friend

    Narayan arranged a truck for my car and received my car on 15th July at Delhi and parked my accidented car at Shiva Mahindra workshop at Shahibabad ( body

    Shop), survey was done on 16th July by Mr Akhilesh Tiwary ( Icici Lombard) 09953556418, and i was told with in 45 days i will get my claim or repaired

    vehicle ,i had handed over all necessary documents to mr Akhilesh like copy of police complaint, vehicle R.C. , copy of insurance policy , driving license of

    Mr Narayan Dan etc.after some day mr. Pawan Taneja 09212186880 visited my office for investigation and took all documents like police complaint , hospital

    documents like discharge letter of Jaisalmer district hospital of my mother in law , Delhi hospital documents , our statments, copy of driving license of Mr

    Narayn Dan , my voter id etc. later Mr Pawan called me to send a copy of my driving license by email , though it was not necessary as i was not driving car

    at time of accident , but i send my driving license copy too, than i exchanged some emails and calls with icici customer care and got call from Ms Nurul from

    Icici customer care , She made on conferece call and managed to have a word with Mr Sidharth Kansal 09873100418, as he was not picking my phone directly, Mr

    Kansal told me with a week i will get call from icici team for claim settlement as my case is total loss case , with in 2-3 days i got a call from mr Chadra

    Shekhar 09829534495 from Rajasthan for spot inspection , he took all details with contact number of Mr Narayan Dan , after 4-5 days i made a call to Mr

    Chandra shekhar about progress , he told his wife is in hospital and he will send some onetoday only for spot investiagtion , than i told him to take care of

    his wife and did not call . after some days i called mr Akhilesh tiwari surveyer , he told oral confirmation has come and he is waiting for written

    confirmation , after 12 days he told on call that he has received written approval report and next week i will get a call from Icici for claim settlement .

    As they have got a online salwage quote of rs. 1 lac only , and i will get less claim amount if i will not wait for more quotes , then i told him that my IDB

    is Rs. 658394/- and i will not less amount than Rs. 655000/- if you are unable to pay claim just get my vechile repaired and give it back to me . he told me

    to talk to Mr Rajeev Kalra area manager 09873566096, i had a word with him , he told me he will see the vehicle and will let me know on tuesday , i told him

    that its already 48 days pls make it fast otherwise i will move to consumer court , he said go to consumer court first and than come back to me , than i told

    him not to shout and behave like an executive , i told him if a customer is talking about consumer court after 48 days than nothing is wrong , i made a

    written complaint of mr Rajiv Kalra' behavior to icici customer care , he never called mr on tuesday , on friday i got a call from icici customer care on

    friday and they made a conference call with Rajiv Kalra and me, Mr Rajiv told me , that you have to get hospital admit card first than your claim file will

    move forward , i told him Jaisalmer is approx 900 kms from Delhi and its not possible for me to travel there and your investiagtion team has done spot

    investiagtion as per your record why did they not visited Jaisalmer hospital or police station to check details? he told me you will have to get these

    documents , i told him send me in writing and i will give in writing that i am unable to go Jaisalmer , Mr Ahilesh wrote me an email on sunday and i had

    given reply copy of email is attached

    Greetings !

    As per my telecon with Mr. Rajeev Kalra , i had mentioned , that i have submitted all documents to Mr. Pawan Taneja many days ago when he visited my office

    for investigation, I don't have any admitt card of Govt hospital Jaisalmer, only one discharge letter on name of my mother in law was there with me when

    checked my documents after reaching delhi, that i have given him already, i had given my first call from Jaisalmer to icic lombard, few hours after accident

    , no body from Icici lombard told me to get these documents , even no body contacted me on phone , only details i can provide you is that we were picked by

    number 108 ambulance and taken to Jaisalmer hospital ,treatment was done by doctor Jetha [ date 25 june 2010] ., Records of govt hospital or Jaisalmer police

    can be checked any time by your team.

    I was told by Mr. Rajeev Kalra that document will be provided by customer only , here i want to ask a question to intire Icici Lombard team, that what Icici

    lobard custmers are supposed to do after accident , try to save life of injured persons or collect necessary documents.

    Jaisalmer is approx 900 Kms from Delhi and as a businessman i have important assigments with me and travelling will not possible for me, my local Jaisalmer

    friend Narayan isalso busy with some election work and out of town.

    your investigation team visited Jaisalmer for spot investigation ( as i was told) , what investigation they have done? why did they not visited govt hospital

    ? even they have not tried to contact Mr Narayan ( jaisalmer ) , so how they found exact accident spot ? how have they submitted there report ( as mr

    Akhilesh told me ) spot investigation report was late thats why my case is got so late.

    hope i will get my repaired vehicle as soon as possible with your kind support.

    Default ICICI Lombard International Health Insurance - Health Claims not paid after 8 months

    My parents were visting from India and took ICICI Lombard as their travelling health insurance in April 2010. They upfront disclosed their existing condition of High Blood Pressure and Diabetes, with a history of previous stroke.

    Within a week of their visit, my father had a another stroke and had to be taken to emergency. He was in emergency for 3 days and the hospital staff took great care of him. We were thankful that we had the insrance that covers visits to ER as it can be quiet expensive if you do not have insurance. This happened in April' 2010. Little did we know that 8 months since we will still be chasing ICICI for payment fo the hospital bills.

    Claim # ICICI Lombard/4030/2900098/00/000/M004394.16

    8 months have past since and despite repeated correspondence from the hostpital, us and our family, ICICI Lombard has not responded to any of our emails or invoices. We have US $28000.00 bill that we cannot pay from our pocket waiting to be cleared.

    ICICI is affiliated with United healthcare in US. When you call ICICI helpline, they ask you to contact United and United # that is proivded is only for providers and not members.

    United healthcare has sent various emails to ICICI Mumbai office and they have not received any response so far.

    If anyone is even remotely thinking of getting ICICI policy for any reason, my strongest advice is please do not take it. You might as well flush your money down the toilet.

    I am surprised that companies such as ICICI get away in US with these fradulent activities and no action is taken to make sure that they are totally banned from doing business in US market.

    Angry Poorey parivar ki poorey tension - icici lombard

    I have one health policy from icici lombard since last three years. This will be expired on 20/08/2011. Policy no. Is 4034i/ffh/w-282779/02/000. When i was approched to customer care for renewal of this policy they have denied to renew it and saying that i have made a claim for this policy in last year so they cannot renew it. So i have approached the local branch office of lombard at bharuch and requested to renew my policy in cash but they are saying there is no renewal link available regarding your policy because you have made a claim. We will see in future. I have total three policy from lombard and approx i am paying 35000 in lombard every year for my family health policy. This is not the expectation. I have made the claim one out of three policy then their behaviour is like this. What will be happened if i have made claim against three policy. Now this is clear that they are waiting for to passed out my expiration of policy but i have made a complaint also irda also.
