Iffco Tokio GIC Ltd surveyor denying to Pay my Full Claim

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is regarding my Hyundai Getz Car insured from IFFCO Tokio GIC ltd policy no.72976907 got damaged.I reported this loss to representative of IFFCO Tokio in Shimla and they send me to Tapan Hyundai (Solan), but the required parts were not available. So I went to Chandigarh for the same.
I have been running after Iffco-Tokio / Charisma - Hyundai / Surveyor(Protech Engineers - Chandigarh) since last 20 days. The damages shown to Charisma team by me were not added by the surveyor of ur company. Inspite of showing all parts to Charisma team and their acceptance for mending all parts, same was conveyed to surveyor. Now at the time of delivery of the vehicle on 20th August 2010, Charisma asked for conformation of cashless from Iffco-tokio, though it was done (BUT LATE). Since, 20th I am running and chasing each and every one to get my claim settled but all is in vein.

Photographs taken by surveyor shows all the damages on the car clearly (front wind screen, right side body, right fender, and front right side bumper) ......... all damages were by a rolling big stone as per my statement on claim form. Whereas same was intimated to ur branch office in Shimla, at this moment the surveyor is not agreeying the damage is due to stone and not including fender and bumper damage (though minor ones). Then why at the first instance he accepted the damage and sent my survey report and logged it with the company?

Its very much the same story..... while claiming the damages, company shows resistence, hence facing the same thing.My previous insurance was with ICICI Lombard and just because of some reference, I shifted my insurance of Hyundai Getz , Maruti SX4 and Maruti 800 to Iffco-Tokio............ but after this experience I would discontinue my all 3 policies and won't recommend Iffco-Tokio policy to anyone.

My humble request is to get my full damage covered other than the payment which car owner has to pay. Please refer to my CLAIM FORM submitted to Charisma and Iffco-Tokio.
