1) My car No. UP 14 AY 7687 met with an accident on 8th April 2010.
2) The site-survey was done on 12th April, 2010
3) Claim No.: 2101091854 (Filed on 12th April, 2010)
4) The car was pulled by crane to the the workshop (Sunrise Hyundai, Near Madar Dairy, Pandav Nagar, Delhi) as it was directed by the comapnay surveyor "Ashwini Thapar & Assocaiate".
5) The car is still lying in the workshop causing a penalty Rs 250/- per day. (From Dated 11th May , 2010 - Till Date)
6) No action was taken. Then the Comaplaint No.: 1183205 was filed with the customer care on 18th May 2010.
7) All required documents submitted to the comapnay surveyor "Ashwini Thapar & Assocaiate".
8) The surveyor told that the car is total loss, but denied to provide any certificate for the same.
8) No claim received yet. Its been almost 4 months.
