Dear Sir,
I had taken a motor vehicle (4 Wheeler) policy No.70332147 through mangalam motors (Maruti Insurance) vide my cheque no.773167 of Axis Bank for Rs.2239.00 in favour of “National Insurance Co” which was debited in my bank on 18.07.2009. The date and proposal no. mentioned on the policy is 14-July-2009 / 10146571.
My car met with an accident and I had given it to Fast Track Service centre,Noida (U.P.) for repairs. They informed me that the policy is not valid and upon inquiring from Mangalam motors Mr.Rohit (Mobile No.9873100818), he told me that the policy is not valid. I then e mailed copy of the policy and my bank statement to response.mangalam@gmail.com. Since then I have been following them and am not getting any satisfactory response.

I feel I have been cheated.
