Hello, i have a car and last year(21/9/2009) i insured it by iffco tokio, and I am not feeling good to say that iffco tokio is fraud , and your company cheated me.as i already told you that last year i insured my car (DL-9CH-2515) from gurgaon(iffco tokio). i have grievences against your company because u r company cheat me. now situation is that on 25/6/2010 my car front glass was break during driving, when i wasdrive in NH-8, a stone collide with my moving car and my glass was braeak.next day i visit at wild shield(glass company) and i told him about accedent. they said they cant pass my claim untill i will not show then car RC, that time i was not able to show my RC becuse in march i punish for wrong side driving,and my RC was in court(challan).now today 13/7/2010 i reacived my RC from court,and i reach there( willd shield) to change my glass.i have spend my 4 hour there , my claim was approved, I fulfill my all formalities now surveour came to check my car glass than he told me my glass broken from 2 places and our company will not pass claim if u r glass were break 25 day before. its very painful to me and other customer who belive in company and faith if any damage occure with their car than company make us happy.i just want to ask you one simplae question with your company was I able to show me RC, if my RC was in COURT9CHALLAN) I have court recipt which I paid to release my RC. . I have 2 more car and after this cheting I will insured my car with u r fraoud company. My claim reference number is 1-bk7l86,
I have little hope that IFFCO TOKIO will pass my claim and change my car glass as soon as possible.if you will not take suitable action than I know what we have to do next..,if u will not take suitable action with in 24 hour than I will lodge complaint in consumer court.

I made the insurance payment online. First time i did, i got error message from iffco tokyo that the payment is not done. Then i had to make the payment again. But my bank has sent them the payment twice. It is almost one month since i made the payment, but not received one transaction refunded to my account. I made many calls to customer care.. Always same response wait wait wait... I have sent many mails to their customer care, but not received a single reply. Really fraud company.. What i have to do.. Please suggest for getting the refund of extra payment they have taken from my account.
