I am owning a AVEO DL7C E 5852. Few days before i had an accident so i claimed insurance from SHIVA MOTORS Ghaziabad. My policy with bajaj alliance number OG-11-1003-1801-00002644 PROMISED A CASHLESS claim in any chevy showroom promised by agent MR SUNIL KUMAR but on reaching workshop they denied all such promise. my car was damage so badly that i dnt have any option but to leave there for repair
after compeleting all formalities by shiva motors wth bajaj and survey done by mr ajay kumar bajaj approved and car repair started claim number,,, OC-1103-1801-00004675
AFTER few days we paid 70000 approx as they told us to pay first ;then u will get cheque in 2 days ......bt they misguided us and false promise makes us angry ,on calling mr manohar adhikari who was responsible for issuing cheque ..denied by saying u have claim NCB for previous policy with future generali which u r nt eligible for this claim
by explaining him the reason for this that ,,last year we had an accident and our claim was rejected by future generali by giving us reasons that damage are old ,we ignored and repair our vehicle at our own cost ............as a lay man nt aware of that nt taken claim from previous policy we r nt eligible for NCB ..........even the agent was nt aware of there own policy and mis guided us in new policy with bajaj ............he also now accepted this fact and ask us to go and fight with branch officer he will give u money after deducting sme percentage,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,we have all audio recording of agent sunil kumar who nt now facts and policy of insurance and misguiding layman ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,how can company hire such agents who dnt know rules ....................till date he also accepted that we r eligible for this NCB
why COMPANY while giving insurance nt check our previous details when they issue us new policy they should reject on the spot if find nt eligible,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,they harass people when they have to pay money and chek details after ...........when agents are uneducated ,,,,,how a lay man knows rules ..............plese help us in rebursement of our hard earned money

we have mail to bajaj also but no reply from there side till date
