I purchased a car insurance policy from TATA AIG 1.5 months ago. Before purchasing the policy, the sales teams called me almost 4-5 times daily and promising all sorts of stuffs with the policy. They also sent me a written quotation mentioning that I will get 20% discount service booklet (for Hyundai Motors). TATA AIG was very prompt in deducting money immediately on submitting the cheque. The next day I received my insurance policy documents, but on thorough check, I found that the 20% discount service booklet was missing.

I tried to get in touch with TATA AIG customer care and Tata AIG helpdesk and wrote them 8 reminders requesting them to send them my service booklet. But on the contrary, the customer care didn't even bother to call or reply back to my email reminders. The sales team, who was in touch with me prior to my policy purchase, now has turned their ears deaf and they do not receive my phone calls.

I request the consumer forum court to help me in getting my service booklet.

As a proof, I have all 8 emails sent between 24th April 2010 to 8th June 2010. Also I have the quotations and email sent by their sales team before I purchased the policy
