Hello,
My car met with a minor an accident a month ago. When the vehicle accident insurance claimed now, the claim department is denying it stating it as a late claim. But there is no where mention of any claim duration in the policy terms & conditions. Now they are sending a new set of terms & conditions and saying that "IT IS THE DUTY OF CUSTOMER ASK AND EXPLICITLY OBTAIN THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS AND NOT THEIR DUTY'. When talked to claims department, they ask me to talk to customer care. When talked to customer care, they ask me to claim Claims department. If this is the kind of response , how to talk to anyone responsible and answerable in the organization. Is this the reason, then do we need to get a vehicle insurance ?
