Dear Sir, I issued a cheque for Rs 5336 towards insurance premium of my vehicle no. HR 51 Z 7453/ Faridabad (Haryana) to one of the agents of ICICI Lombard of Gurgaon office on 21.8.2010 and he presented me with the Insurance Policy. Immediately I told him that it depicts wrong Registration No. and he assured me that it will be rectified in two days. The cheque has been cleared on 28.8.2010 but the corrected policy has not been issued to me. On contacting ICICILombard through their phone line and internet on their customer support, it does not respond or support. Thus an agent of ICICILOMBARD, Gurgaon cheated me. The date of the commencement of the Policy is approaching fast. In the event of any , god forbid, mishap I will be in trouble. I request that some action against such erring representatives be taken besides my corrected policy issued at the earliest.
