I have paid my car Insurance amount to renew my insurance to a Reliance General Insurance Agent, whose name is Ramesh Babu on December 25th 2009.

I have not rteceived my policy yet irrespective of number of phone calls and messages from me.

This is Pathetic service from the Reliance Agent, Ramesh babu when ever he answers my call, he tells there may be a delay in courier.

I can not understand in Hyderabad whether any courier takes more than five months to deliver a consignment.

I am providing the details below:

This has caused a lot of stress and anxiety to me as I can not take out my car with out having the proper Insurance letter in my car.

Having paid the money on december 09, this is real pathetic service from reliance and its agent Ramesh babu to make a customer wait so long to get his insurance documents.

Still there is no clear idea on when I will receive my Insurance copy
