I got my car insurance renewed from BAGIC under cover note # BZ0803297061 on 16Feb'2010, but even after 23 days I haven't recd the policy documents. On contacting the shit kind of call center the response is that my cover note number is invalid, I shd contact local office and when I contact local office MR. AJAY SHARMA ( mobile # 9799491327) who renewed my policy says he will revert in next 10 minutes after checking the status and never returns back. I am fed up of contacting the call center coz on every contact I have a new person online and then explaining him/her the whole is simply waste of time, because at the end they say my cover note # is invalid and I should contact local office and cycle goes on and on. Please help.
