I am owning a TaTa Nano LX UP-65 AQ 0641 . Few days before i had an accident so i claimed insurance from Sri Nath Ji Moters Ghaziabad. Later on insurance adviser told me there is Chassis Number problem in RC and insurance copy . I suggested him for not taking any action until the matter resolve.He assured me that i will not face any problem and let us work on it . when i have gone in detail, so it came in my knowledge that it was a clerical error from Brijlax tata motors Varanasi they wrote wrong number in my RC. after that they wrote a letter and accepted own fault. Now the insurance adviser of Srinath ji is saying that it could not be treated as Cashles and i have to pay. I requested him that this is not my fault and i have a written letter form Brijlax Motor Varansi. As i am not the main calpit so please do the need full, but he is saying that as you have not purchase it for us( Sri Nath Ji Motors , ghaziabad ) we are helpless. I request him That TATA Motors treat his customer as TATA FAmily and you are also part of it. But He denied.
