Sir,

I want to file a complaint against Reliance Communication. I have 3 reliance mobile prepaid connections with my family.

Every month they are deducting Rs 30/- from my prepaid account as caller tune charges, with out being informing us. Even we have never applied for the caller tune.

As I have contacted other my family members they are also facing the same problem.

Please take some action against Reliance Communication.

Even TRAI (Telephone Regulatory Authority of India) not having grievance / compliance blog or contact person name on their site.

After every two days it creats a problem for me. I can not able to receive any message or can not able to send any.
I have place many complaint in their customer care but they do not bother to take any action against my complaint.

from last one month i faced network problam,many time i call customer care.but they give me only suggestion,
when anybody call me i cant hear voice of caller & call drop in between,
many time when i call to customer care *333 call connect with other number network. and i did listened the family matter.
i tired to complaint in relience,
and now i decide to complaint in TRAI.

In Last two Months they deducting Rs 5 or 30/- from my prepaid account as caller tune charges and cricket pack, with out being informing us. Even we have never applied for the caller tune and cricket pack.
In this matter i complaint to the customer care but they always say the refund my money but yet they don't refund any money in my account
Please take some action against Reliance Communication.

this is to intimate you that i vikas ohri had taken reliance post paid connection in 2009.i used that no. near about 5-6 months.i paid every monthly bill on time. but after 6 months i wan't to disconnect the connection,for this i paid all my dues.
but company still send me monthly bill.i go to the reliance franchiser from where i got connection.he told me that you sholud ignore that bill.you need not to worry as you have already paid the bills.but company send me the notice to pay bill through lawyer.i told lawyer that i have paid the bill bu he didn't listen to me.
now few days earlier i received from the delhi from laywer on behalf of the company and he told me that you have to present in the court.by this i am really mentally distrubed as i had paid my all dues.

This is to inform you that I am a user of reliance gsm service(9681668622). I lodged a complain(complain number:139430741) regarding the auto activation of my sms pack (Rs.19 pack) on 21st October, 2010.
On 21st I got a feedback that my problm was solved, but the actual case was that my problem was not solved, my auto activation of sms pack was not done. I called the customer care regarding this and their atitude towards me was highly unprofessional. They were not able to help me out, and to add to that I had to suffer utter harrashment. i had to call them again and again and still my problem was not solved.
I shall be greatly thankfull to you if you can help me out in this regard as I have been greatly harrashed by RelianceGSM customer care.

Dear Sir,

I owned a reliance CDMA number 09312001515...Before 5-6 days i have deactivated my caller tune .. a few days ago caller tune service was activated on the same number, for which renew charges were deducted from my a/c. since, I didn’t wanted to keep the caller-tune anymore, I called customer care & requested them to deactivate the caller tune, for which I got reply that they will block this undesired service. since then, I’ve made innumerable complains for last days, but still it hasn’t been solved. Everyday a fixed charge is being taken away from my balance for the service. I requested to remove it permanently.

As, reliance customer care is not listening to my complains & they are not taking this matter seriously, I was forced to make this complain. I just hope to get a positive response soon.

This is to inform you that I am a user of reliance gsm service 9543280052. I lodged a complain I loged my complaint regarding the auto activation of my sms pack Rs.19.50 pack on 25th October, 2010 by 6.20 am.

On 26th about 11.37 am I called customer care and executive also about my problm but was not solved, even executive himself disconnected the line , their atitude towards me was highly unprofessionalmy They were not able to help me out, and to add to that I had to suffer utter harrashment.
I shall be greatly thankfull to you if you can help me out in this regard as I have been greatly harrashed by Reliance GSM customer care and deduction of money without notice and sending the msg. in early morning when people are sleeping.
If it is not sort out, I will not hav any other alternate, to go to consumer form as well as to TRAI

My Reliance Telephone No. 30420555 is dead, please check and resume the service as soon as possible.

Strange as since last 45 days passed my gsm no.07878449909 has been
terminated without any written / oral confirmation for deactivating services. When already i am paying fix 100 rental every month + usuage charges, apart from this rs 17 also stands cr. In my a/c. But till today no revert recd from the rcom seniors, or the nodal officer mr.sudhir or appeallateauthority officer, to resolve the matter agst mismanaged services & behavior act by rcom with the customer.

I already placed my complaint before consumer court forum to start my no. Once again & demand a compensation of rs 1000/- per day due to heavy loss in my biz because of termination of my gsm no. 0787844909. One of rcom senior mitesh try to force me twice on my mobile to withdraw the complaint. He told nothing would happen to me or my co. Rcom thru my complaint as we following rules of trai.

Pls let me know when only 75 days gsm no. 07878449909 remains active & already i am paying my monthly bills on time and at the time of termination rs.17 stands cr. In my a/c at 3rd billing cycle, then think this is only a forcefully harassment's that rcom given to the customers instead of better services.

Once again i request you to start my gsm no. Try to resolve the matter agst
