My broadband land line phone connection (relaince communication) was dead from 28 aug 2011 to 24 oct 2011 almost 2 month ,but relaince not give me sufficiant discount they gave me rs 167 as discount for this period. The company is a chetaer company because customer not deposit the amount on time then they disconnrct the line or penelty min 100 rupees but when phone dead appox. 2 months they gave 167 rs waiver and said that this is more sufficiant against this problem.pls help me and ordered to relaince that give me a relaible sufficiant waiver against my problem my land line no customer id 363663209444,pls solve my problem very soon.this connection has named of my wife.i am waiting your reply.
