    Angry i want to file a complaint against relience gsm

    sir,
    i am using relience gsm rervice and i am disapointed to say that they decuting my money for no reason. i have activated a i paise sms pack and they decuting 10 paise/ sms. also my caal charges are 1 paise/ second and they decuting 10p/sec. morover whenever i try to conect with customer care i do not get any satisfactory response. and they always say that there is some technical problem going on so caal after some time; but that time never comes from last 15 to 20 days i am doing so and no one is solving my problem . this is pethatic. lastly i took this step to cpmplaint. now i am warning you, if my problem soon dint get resolved. i will sue your company and took them to consumer court

    Default Waiver from relaince communication

    My broadband land line phone connection (relaince communication) was dead from 28 aug 2011 to 24 oct 2011 almost 2 month ,but relaince not give me sufficiant discount they gave me rs 167 as discount for this period. The company is a chetaer company because customer not deposit the amount on time then they disconnrct the line or penelty min 100 rupees but when phone dead appox. 2 months they gave 167 rs waiver and said that this is more sufficiant against this problem.pls help me and ordered to relaince that give me a relaible sufficiant waiver against my problem my land line no customer id 363663209444,pls solve my problem very soon.this connection has named of my wife.i am waiting your reply.

    Sir,
    2-3 months ago I brought a prepaid coupon for GSM Reliance No. I used that coupon and got the message of successfully recharged but i got no balance. I complained about this to customer care no 198 they said someone else has already used this coupon. you contact the retailer. i went to the person i asked him for the fake coupon he said i can't do anything I said him to ask your reliance vendor. He kept my coupon for more than one month but he did nothing. I again complained to reliance customer care but again they said ask the retailer. Now what should i do......I thing Reliance has started selling fake coupon in the market and harassing the customer. They are also providing very bad customer care services. They deduct your balance usually for services by them self n says you have subscribed for the service. they make us a liar and when you ask them for some detail they say that some updation is going on in the system...out of 10 times 9 times their system are in updation process....coupon detail.....serial no of the coupon is 10471888068 it was for Rs.50.

    Default deduction of balance in every recharge

    i ishan thakur my mobile no.781488200 on 25 dec reliance comunication (smart)30rs deducted the balance of my account, when i complaint this to customer care they told me that they can't refund my balance and reliance make this many time deducted the balance ,even every recharge reliance comunication deducted 30Rs every time ...................... even i told u many time ki reliance wale ager itne hi kanggal hain to clearly bol de ki paise chahiye hum aise hi unke account main daal deinge but customer ko aise to na tang karein ,finaly reliance wale choor hain logon ko thagga thagga kar paise loot rahe hain
    and if u contact with me pls call me on this no.9817143200 because 781488200 no. is on roaming

    i have been using this number since a long time but on 4th jan 2012 i receved the call from a relience number and my balance was deducted although i was in noida itself as it is a delhi ncr number, and had tried calling coustomer care but it was busy the whole day lang n i dislike its coustomer service because i have never recieved a help by that. so pls may i know what was i chareged for. And may i know the details of the 599 plan changing to 799

    Thumbs down Unnecessary deduction of balance

    It is very unfortunate to say that reliance communication is not taking proper care of the customer. i am Sandeep using reliance prepaid service. My mobile no is 07620311749. Since 30 Dec 2011 reliance has deducted around 70-80 rupees without any intimation. Initially it has been said that coller tune was activated by default. After complaining i got my balance 30 rs back. one the same date they deducted 20 rs. When i contacted to customer service, it was due to some R-world activation that i never did. They took my complaint and said my balance will be back in 48 hours. I waited for 4 days but did not get my balance. As soon as recharged with 100 rs, they deducted 40 rs. When i complained I got typical Political answer saying " Dont take tension your balance will be back." On same day they again deducted 7 rs and 2 rs in the afternoon. Then on next day i got a massage saying your complaint has been resolved and your balance is credited to your account but my balance is still 0. When i contacted customer service (although i did not want to) they said we have lodged new complaint and your balance will be back in 48 hours. I dont know when these 48 hour will be over. I have service request no. like 169525285, 169447856, 169517775, 169390933, 169381487, 169136739 and many more.
    few of them were resolved without returning the balance. I am still wondering what they have resolved.
    Even while writing this complaint here on this forum i got message saying your two complaints were resolved but still my balance is zero.

    I think this is the last choice to convey my disappointment to reliance. Please be mature and take care of the customers. I am sure i will having another card by next couple of days, But atleast take care of your rest of the customers. I am sure you will not able to solve my problem.

    I am a reliance cdma user, from last month i m surfering from auto diduction by fault service charges by Reliance CDMA, without any subscription they are deducting amount . At the time of complaint they replied that its subscribe by user.

    is this not matter that how was the amount deducted but its big that they are cheating their customers.

    Dear Sir.I want to file a complaint against Reliance Communication. I have a reliance GSM prepaid connection with number 8893034545.I have recently recharged for internet plan with 178/ rs and i got a talk time balance of 78 rs.But now each day thy are deducting 30 rs from me in the name of some value added services.But once i contacted the customer care at first they refund me the 30 rs that they took at first but later this is continuing all the days...Everyday they are deducting Rs 30/- from my prepaid account in name of some services like jokes or something, with out being informing us.Now the customer care is not even attending my calls..reliance communication is regularly doing this with all the consumers bt since those people are poor and don't know what to do , thy are just keeping mum...Please take some action against Reliance Communication.     Default Deduction From Balance

    Sir/Madam,
    i have been using the reliance pre-paid GSM mobile connection for the past 1-1/2 year on number 9014182968. From Feb 2012 onwards, an amount of Rs.30 ( last time an amount of Rs 60 got deducted) and more is getting deducted from my pre-paid balance, for every 2-3 days. when i contact the cust.care, they say that some or other package has been activated even though i never raised a request for it. I get back the deducted amount, only if i call the cust.care. A couple of times the cust.care executives are so rude that they didnt even taken my complaint. Even after requesting them many times, still i face the same problem. I'm totally fed up and frustrated calling the cust.care evryday, for the same. Could anyone please help me to resolve this so that i pay for what i use, rather than end up paying for this lame packages, which i never activated.

    before some days on March-18-2012 I request to convert my connection in postpaid
    and I deposit processing money (i.e. 250 inr) with all my id proof and related document

    Dear Sir/Madam

    My name is Ankit Jain and I have been a customer of Reliance Mobile, DELHI with number
    9311176970
    for the past 2.5Years.
    Now i want to migrate to IDEA GSM and applied for MNP for the same.
    I applied for Port Out and for some fishy reason my request is rejected. and but nobody is helping me out.

    i went to Reliance world office at Gurgaon and they did not give any response and they said they cant help. The Reliance web world officials here in Gurgaon told me that the GSM SIM will get activated within 7 days time. but still i have same problem.
    Called up customer care hundres of times in past few days and they are always ready with same response of technical glitch in system so now since last 15 days i did not get solution.
    This is mere customer harassment or rather torture.
    Please note that i have already paid to other network for my new connection.

    Kindly look into this matter and resolve my issue.
