I had a CAR Insurance with TATA AIG. when i made the premium via cheque, i got the certificate etc. all was over in 2008. In 2009, when i asked for renewal, then only i realized that my policy has expired in 2008 itself. NO ONE has reverted to me about this... After a lot of struggle i found that, their person has changed the DATE in the cheque and it was rejected by bank... but TATA AIG team has NOT INFORMED me about this .
I was running in a danger for a year... Also now i have LOST my NO CLAIM BONUS which i accumulated in the past 5 years.. ...
I need these people to realize .. how big is their blunder.
now i have lost my NO CLAIM BONUS.
I have lost my Reputation.. the new insurance company asks.. sir will the cheque be honored or not like that.
I will loose money when i sell my car ...
