i have insured my bike with iffco tokio on 3/11/09 and unfortunately on the same date i met with an accident and for that i filed a claim. While submitting the form and all the document no one told me that there is any kind of problem in these. I enquired many time in the bhopal office and they told that your claim is in process and a sellelment of 1621 has been made. After few day i was told that your cheque has been issued for 1621/- but today on 29/11/09 they are telling me that your claim is closed as no claim and they are giving me the reason that you insurance reach to them after the claim was made. I have written bond from them that my policy starts from 3/11/09 and will end on 2/9/10. I have submitted all the documents and money in raipur office only. Please help me regarding my problem.
