Sir,
This is to bring to your kind notice that I am Tarun Satija, Policy no--OG--10--1003--1801--00000931, had met with an accident midnight of 18/11/2009 at delhi gurgaon expressway. Immediately at that particular time, same thing had been informed in claim registration no--OC--10--1103180100011033 about the damages to both windscreens front & back, front bumper, bonnet etc
But to my surprise, Surveyor, Mr praveen Kumar misbehaved with me, mentally & emotionally harassed me by saying windscreens are not covered in policy. Moreover, He had used abusive language with me telephonically. And now you people mistrust the accident of prolonged customer & doubting customer's integrity, honesty?????????
Is this proper customer service????
First insult customer, then dont trust the customer conversation & sentiments????
My both windscreens had been damaged & informed to bajaj allainz on midnight of 18/11/2009, GIVE YOUR APPROVAL AT THE EARLIEST
Therefore, in this regard, I request you to solve this matter, else I am ready to file a case of mentally & emotional harrassment done by surveyor of Bajaj Allianz general insurance company & company people in CONSUMER COURT & LEADING NEWSPAPERS
