    Sir,

    This is to bring to your kind notice that I am Tarun Satija, Policy no--OG--10--1003--1801--00000931, had met with an accident midnight of 18/11/2009 at delhi gurgaon expressway. Immediately at that particular time, same thing had been informed in claim registration no--OC--10--1103180100011033 about the damages to both windscreens front & back, front bumper, bonnet etc

    But to my surprise, Surveyor, Mr praveen Kumar misbehaved with me, mentally & emotionally harassed me by saying windscreens are not covered in policy. Moreover, He had used abusive language with me telephonically. And now you people mistrust the accident of prolonged customer & doubting customer's integrity, honesty?????????


    Is this proper customer service????

    First insult customer, then dont trust the customer conversation & sentiments????


    My both windscreens had been damaged & informed to bajaj allainz on midnight of 18/11/2009, GIVE YOUR APPROVAL AT THE EARLIEST



    Therefore, in this regard, I request you to solve this matter, else I am ready to file a case of mentally & emotional harrassment done by surveyor of Bajaj Allianz general insurance company & company people in CONSUMER COURT & LEADING NEWSPAPERS

    Default Bajaj allianz mediclaim policy

    Dear Sir

    This is related to Bajaj allianz mediclaim policy via yes bank. The sold a plan by name total protect which covers me, my wife and 2 kids for 1515/- per month.

    This is 3 month old policy and they took lot of time in issuing the policy document itself. They were supposed to debit the ECS every 14th but for the last 2 months they didnt debited ECS

    When contacted and requested the YES bank relationship managers they said they are under discussion with bajaj allianz guys and the issue will be resolved in 3 days(after 2 months also, that 3 days are not over to them)

    Due to my repeated question, the relationship manager is resigned and another person took over. Now, i asked the new RM and even he is helpless.

    I escalated the issue to branch manager and the manager said he will give me the feedback in 24 hrs. 24hrs is not over to them.

    I am really worried, if i use the cashless card that is given by bajaj allianz will that be really cashless or ?

    Thumbs down Motor Policy Complaint

    I have a Policy No. OG-10-1001-1802-00022007 from Bajaj Allianz. I am a customer for the last 5 years. When I went for the 6th renewal they said that you must pay Rs. 1800/- as the Premium.I asked the executive why the Premium is so high when i payed only 653 rupees for the last renewal and i am enjoying NCB 50% now. He said that as the two wheeler claim ratio is high we are charging flat rate. I want to know on what basis the company is charging high and whether this is done with the approval of IRDA. Does IRDA allow this type of charging ?. Please let me know. My mail id is sreek30@gmail.com

    Exclamation Unjustified/delayed total loss car CLAIM,Claim no. OC-11-1302-1801-00000766

    Surveyers recomonded and submitted documents on facts basis for total loss claim, but insurance co. not considered
    the facts and deduted Rs.5000/- against insured value of car without any reason. Payment also delayed to four moths
    after submission of all documents.

    Bajaj insurance co. is a such reputed co. but seeking its work practice is very hopeless, neither consent to customer
    nor attach with their fact i.e. practically approch is very low.

    Please look into the issue and take necessary action to feel possitive approach.

    Default Correction in vehicle policy is not addressed since the date of issue

    Policy No. :- OG 11 1701 1818 00000398

    Simple correction in the sub type column of my vehicle is pending since the day I got the new policy. I am not sure how much time and money I need to spend to get it done. I have sent n number of emails and calls to the concerned departement. Still waiting for their response.

    Angry Even after 3 months no policy paper received

    I'VE PURCHASED A LIFE INSURANCE POLICY ON 13TH OF JANUARY 2011 THROUGH POLICY BAZAR(Rs. 25000). THE POLICY WAS DONE AFTER A LOT OF FOLLOW UP AND REPEATED CHASE BY POLICY BAZAR TEAM. HOWEVER TILL TODAY NO POLICY PAPER WAS RECEIVED. FIRST THEY SENT SMS SAYING THAT PAPERS ARE SENT BY SPEED POST. AFTER ONE WEEK WHEN I DID A FOLLOW UP ANOTHER SMS WAS RECEIVED SAYING I WAS NOT PRESENT AT MY RESIDENCE SO PAPERS ARE RETURNED. THE FACT IS THAT I WAS VERY MUCH PRESENT THROUGH OUT THAT WEEK. THEN WHEN I CALLED UP THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL SEND IT AGAIN. IT'S ABOUT 20-25 DAYS FROM THAT DAY AND NO MESSAGE, NOTHING. I JUST CAN'T UNDERSTAND WHAT TO DO ? WHERE TO COMPLAIN.
