dear sir,

i sachin agrawal and my two friends where to travel from pune to chennai via indigo airlines via pnr number c5q5ax and w5m2lv on 07.11.09 via indigo airlines. flight timing was 5.50 am and we reached there 05.25 am due to some taxi problem. we where told that the boarding pass issuing counter closes before half an hour before the departure time. we requested them that we are only five minutes late please allow us we are going for tirupati darshan and are having return ticket of 08.11.09 and it will also be of no use plase allow us we are only five min late. they said that in airlines one min also counts. but the same flight departed at 6.10 am instead of 5.50 am why then twenty min here doesnt counts. we alll three had taken a leave from the company all was in vain.
