    Question Complaint against ICICI Lombard Insurance

    On 30-August-2009, I renewed existing insurance policy for two wheeler Honda Activa (registered in name of my wife) over internet and paid the premium through internet banking.

    On 31-Aug-2009 The policy was issued and soft copy receied over email. When I checked the cover note, found that the name and therein are wrong but the vehilce number was correct. Further, start date of the policy and expiry date are not correct.

    Since then, I have been following up regularly but so far neither corrected corrected cover note over emial not the hard copy of the insurenace policy received.

    I need to know what I can do next. I have been following up over email and call center of the company but no actaions taken for last 2 months. I will get into a problem if there is an unfortunate accident or even RTO can catch and may create an issue.

    Default Despite of submitting all documents claim got rejected

    Hi All this is the bad news for ICICI lombard insurance policy holders. last month I met with a road accident and my car was total loss, I intimated same to ICICI people but despite of submitting all documents of police, hospital ,car policy, licence copy etc the ICICI rejected it and made it no claim and no proper treatment was given to me while the whole case was running. Same on them

    Default Cheaters

    I have taken a loan (30 lakhs) from icici bank.With out any information about the insurance policy these cheaters made me sign the document for policy along with other papers to sign.loan was approved and suddenly one fine day i receive a kit for my insurance from icici lombard saying that you have been charged rupees 90000 for the policy.when i tried to contact the concerned person(mr debashish ,sector 50,noida) he completely misguided me about the discontinuation process and rather started telling me the benefit of the policy(which i suppose is done prior to selling the policy,i think this is the culture in their bank ).after so many emails and calls made to helpline and unit sales manager(mr .ashwini gupta,sector 50,noida) he accepted the fact that debashish has misguided and delayed the process of cancellation by 1 month but he also cant help me on this issue.i was unnecessarily charged 21000 on cancellation.this is how banks with such big names work.they try to cheat you at every step if you are unaware about the process.pity on these ''officially designated frauds''.beware of them.

    Exclamation Complaint against ICICI lombard Health Insurance

    Hi,

    I have health insurance from ICICI lombard,which is expired on 08.11.2011, I have renewed my policy through my HDFC bank Credit card dated 04.11.2011, but as per ICICI lombard Call centre told me that your policy is not renew, I checked with HDFC bank Credit card call centre they told me that transaction has made on 04.11.2011, Again I called to ICICI lombard call centre they generate the complain no. 912011585 on dated 09.11.2011, and told me you will get a response with in 5 working days.At last on dated 17.11.2011 I got a reply from ICICI lombard GIC ltd. and they wrote me that your request has registered against request no. 17112011239 and you will get reply on 01.12.2011. In this period any miss happening will happen then what I will do. I have made payment but still my policy is not renew.
    Kindly Suggest where I will complain for this.

    Default unnecessary time taking for claim amount

    claim amount not yet passed. it was nearly a week ago. 3 days back (19/6/2012) i visited the mangalore office. but kiran (08246660608) said, the amount will be deposited on 19 or very next day 20th. but still today (22/6/2012) money not deposited. today i contacted him over telephone , he is saying, it will be deposited on monday. actually, they don't have work on saturday and sunday. if monday going to deposit means, i have to wait 3 more days. mangalore branch people unnecessarily creating nuisance.

    Angry Icici lombard complaint

    On 15th April 2012, I renewed a Car Insurance from ICICI Lombard for my Car ,
    Certificate cum Policy No: 3001/W-7212771/00/000

    While buying this policy I clearly informed Telephone executive of ICICI Lombard that I had a claim settled in March and he said by system they can not take less than one month old claim and for this they are giving me a NCB of Rs 2925 which I would have to repay after renewing the policy, on receipt of the demand letter from ICICI Lombard.

    To my shock , On April 25th , 2012 I received a demand letter of Rs 4725 .... I have been following up with Mr. Guruvardhan Perla
    Phone - 9052091515 (Manager NCB confirmations & recoveries) since then and the reply I get from him always is -


    Dear Sir

    Same is been escalated to IT team as well as compliance team. Waiting for their revert. I will update you soon. Mean while if any claim happened that will be honored. Any queries call me or mail me.

    Dear My father's have a icici prulife policy and policy no is 15337443.my father has break the policy.and icici promised that your money will get by check after 5 to 10 days by complaint.but we didn't get any money from icici. and now icici saying in customer care that your check has been posted. daily say like that plz help me

    Default Car Complaint

    I have a car RITZ LDI insured by ICICI got accident in manali near Mandi Sundernagar highway. In morning about 4.30am a stone fallen from a hill and strike it on my car roof. A dent got on mine car roof. But the surveyer didnot convinced. He respond that he requuired for the some document such as toll recipt etc. But I didnot have any such kind of document right now, Bcoz I wasnot on the official tour It was a family tour so I didnot keep any such document or the reciept.

    Default Non-Stop Calling from ICICI Lombard

    Hi

    I am getting non-stop calls from ICICI Lombard team for renewal of my Car Insurance. After informing of my Car Insurance correct date, which is not going to expire on their said date, still they are giving me continously calls.In the spam of around 1 hour when i was driving, they called me around 60-70 times from their number: 1409-690032 Persons include(Deepak, Ashok, kiran) etc. I have the screenshot of their calls with me as well.

    I am fed up of their service. Even telling about that i am not interested in their policy, still they are calling me.

    Please stop calling a person continuously as he might be busy in some important work and take some action against the ICICI Lombard. There must be some professional ethics involved while selling a product.

    Please reply for any action taken against your calling procedure.

    sir i request to you my bike accident for AUG 2012 but claim not found .one cheque found 20 Nov 2012 but overdate at 08-11-2012 i returned to renewal cheque 15-12-2012 muje bataya gaya tha ki aapko 7 days ke ander hi wapas cheque mil jayga lakin sir abhi tak muje check nahi mila hai aur mere se baat bhi nahi kar reha hai please solution sir.
