i have taken a new car and also taken out an insurance with the insurance agent ATM CARS from cholamandalam...i had taken the insurance in the month of july and the agent is trying to fool me since long..i made the full payment to him but he has not deposited the amout with cholamandalam..i hve been issued two cover notes in all by the agent..on calling cholamandalm for the original policy i was told tht they will not issue the policy as they havent recd the amount frm the agent..i logged a complain with the company against the agent and then finaly before the expiry of the cover note i got a call frm the company tht the amount has been paid and my car needs to be inspected..inspection of the car is also done and today i receive a call frm the company tht the cheque which was given to the company has been bounced..i m really irritated with the agent...kindly help me

I have a claim for house damages with Tower Group Companies.
Tower Group Companies did do anything for six months to process my claim. The representatives do not return my phone calls.

I am using this company for sometime now.i got them from my allstate agent.my home had a fire in long island ny.Its has been almost 2 months and i still reside in a hotel that i have to pay for.by now i am almost broke.me my wife and 2 children;1 brother and a69 year old father.THEY HAVE DONE ABSOLULTY NOTHING FOR ME.EXCEPT TAKE MY MONEY.There claims adjusters are horrible;rude and nasty.I was told not to call them because i am annoying them .please if you this company get rid of them.I dont want anyone to be another victom of these people.I dont no how these people get away wiyh not paying claims for months.we need laws against these companys.they dont care if you live or die.this company are nothing butthieves in a suit and tie.what a way to make a living by lying and cheating home owners out of their rights.thats no way to run an insurance company. Iwas told to move back in my home till the claim is done.how do i live with my family with smoke damage,no water nor heat,eletric .these people are out of there minds.
