I sanjay Kumar would like to bring to your notice that I got my four continous renewal for Maruti Zen since Dec 2005-2006-07-08.

During 2006 I got CNG Fitted from Authorised Service Centre & got it registered on RC.

During 2006 renewal I had submitted all document for CNG endorsement on Insurance also. Lombard Agent has Sent me comptation sheet with additional premium they had charged me for CNG, on the basis of computation sheet I had send cheque which got cleared from my Bank also.

Lombard agent had issued me covernote stating MARUTI ZEN LXI CNG
But when they Sent policy they had adjusted CNG premium into some other component & subsequently for next three year got my policy renewed on the basis of finaly policy without CNG.

During Sep 09 my Vehicle met with accident & when I took to showroom for repairing they never told me that your vehicle is not eligile for Insurance claim.

Finally when vehicle was ready for delivery ICICI Lombard said that you will not get single paise claim due to Non-endorsement of CNG.

I immediately send all my documents (Cover Note+Premium Calculation sheet sent by Agent) but it's alomost ten days passed my Vehicle is ready at Showroom but nobody is ready to listen.

Please help me, Need you advice how to get claim.
