I am customer of Bajaj Capital since last 4-5 years and taken couple of policies / investment through Bajaj Capital.

I am having two LICIs, which were required to be renewed. Those are:-

Ploicy No. 150300/31/08/6100000641- For Vehicle insurance (Yearly) – expiry date 12th July 2009.

Ploicy No. 150300/48/08/8500000092- For Mediclaim (Yearly) – expiry date 2nd July 2009.

So, I have approached to Bajaj Capital executive in Kolkata, for renewal. I have told him to renew the above policies. Given him the Xerox copies of the polices.



But what he has done? He has taken entirely new polices with changed starting / expiry dates. And those are:-



Ploicy No. 100302/31/09/6200000461- For Vehicle insurance (Yearly) – expiry date 6th June 2009.

Ploicy No. 100302/48/09/8500001106- For Mediclaim (Yearly) – expiry date 6th June 2009.



Hope you can understand the impact:-

Loss of one month coverage for both the insurance.
Loss of non claim bonuses in both the insurance.


While I am contacting bajaj capital, they are not responding me properly.

Request your intervention to correct the errors from your part.



I was really fond of bajaj capital and also recommend other for bajaj capital. But this is the service I am getting.

Please do the needful urgently.
