I am advisor in ICICI LOMBARD branch jamnagar gujarat, and i have a complaint against Mr. Girish Gandhi Govt. Surveyor for inappropriate and delay in response, on survey of accidental Tipper.

My client has provided all the necessary document to the surveyor timely, and it has been almost 21 days since then. But the surveyor is not at all bothered to response to my client. We had launched complaints against surveyor from 2nd day of occurence of accident for such poor response. Its a new tipper just 8 months old, every day my client is facing 3000rs loss due to delay. If some proper action now hasn't been taken then my client has to go for some legal action and file case against company to pay per day losses.
