I had purchased one FIAT PUNTO DYNAMIC from NATIONAL GARAGE JAMMU, AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTER OF FIAT IN JAMMU. MY VEHICLE MET A SLIGHT ACCIDENT ON 6TH OF JUNE, 2010 AND I HAD DELEIVERED MY VEHICLE TO THE SERVICE CENTER ON 7TH OF JUNE , 2010. NOW IT IS MORE THAN 3 WEEKS THAT THE SERVICE CENTER DID NOT REPAIRED MY VEHICLE AND WHENEVER WE GO TO THE SERVICE CENTER, THEY SAID THAT THE HEAD LIGHT IS NOT IN STOCK. I CANNOT UNDERSTAND THAT HOW MUCH TIME THEY NEED TO GET ONE HEAD LIGHT FOR THE VEHICLE AND FIXED THE SAME. I HAD A RING CEREMONY OF MY SISTER ON 25TH OF JUNE, 2011 AND WE NEED VEHICLE AT THAT TIME VERY BADLY BUT THE PROMISES WHAT THE SERVICE CENTER HAD MADE , ALL WERE WRONG. THIS IS THE ONLY VEHICLE WE HAVE IN OUR HOME. I HAD PURCHASED THE VEHICLE BECAUSE OF MY PARENTS AS MY DAD HAD UNDER GONE BIG SURGERY OF HIP REPLACEMENT AND HE CANNOT MOVE ANYWHERE WITH OUT THE VEHICLE.
