I am Harish Chauhan, I stay in Shalimar Bagh Delhi.

I bought my new Tata Indigo CS (Reg. DL 3CAX 5466) on 6 Oct 2008. With my new car I fitted set of Power Windows for four windows. The Power Windows are of AutoCopXs with warranty of one year. I have paid Rs.12,500 for installation of power windows in my car, but seems like I've not got proper service.

The very first day window of Driver seat was having some issue. It was not sliding up in one go after pressing the button. I logged complaint twice for this problem. The engineer of Autocopxs came to see my car and done something, but still the problem is there.

Till date my driver seat is having the same problem and now my rear seat windows started givign me problem. The Autocopxs engineer comes and goes but the problem is as-is.

Please help me what is to be done to resolve this issue.
