I had booked for a SONY DSC W210 DIGITAL CAMERA on 9th august,2009,the order no. for the same is 111784216.As per my interaction with the customer care,i understand that it was shipped on 15th august,2009 and the AWB no being AWB Number [359342351].However on my subsequent interaction with the courier people,i was informed that it is an invalid number.
On consequent follow up and a few STD calls,i was told that my order would get cancelled and the money would be refunded to me.However,i get a call again on Sep 1,2009 saying the goods have been reshipped and i must reject the goods to cancel and get refund.However,have not got any refund till date.
