I have order online at 23/04/12 on ebay india for Sony Cyber-shot DSC-WX50 [Item No-261002978759] with my SBI Credit Card.

I received my above product at 26/04/2012 about 4PM, and i open my camera and take few photo from it, but i shocked, because i take photo from this camera was very very poor and it look like water paint and blurring in almost photo, and i show that camera to camera expert person and he also take some photo with different mode and settings and finally he also telling me the camera had something problem. and i immediately send email to ebay seller Mr. Ashok Bhimra with attached few sample photo of taking with this faulty camera at same day within few hour i reached the camera. and i call also with email to sellers phone number 022- 26851120. and seller reply mail me with sony service station address for showing this camera and sony toll free number for to. and i try first to call sony customer care and sony executive person teach me about reset and setting mode, and i will do everything what he teach me on phone support, but picture result was same. So i contact to sony service center and they check camera completely with taking many picture from it. and their technicians also found camera was faulty so I send email again to seller and write about this issue. and i also mail to ebay about same matter. and i call ebay customer care toll free phone number also. Ebay said they contact you n 7 working day. Other side seller not reply me fast on this matter finally he reply me send return that piece they will replace me new one. So I call to ebay on same, so ebay person said me I have to wait till their claim adjuster contact me on phone and ebay resolve this issue with reverse pick-up my item, and I call to seller for who paid the shipping charge of return product because this is expensive item and shipping charge is huge alike over 1000 rs. So seller said me i have to pay it one side and they paid when he replace their own side. Finally ebay claim adjuster call me and he said ebay nothing have responsibility in this matter, you should contact service or resolve issue with seller. They close my claim even i request him my amount is huge and i order purchase new and perfect item so I have right to have proper perfect piece not a faulty piece but they said me baat ko aage badhana achha nahi hoga, and they close my claim even i said no to. so i feel help less and i will return product with complete package same I receive with hand to hand to seller’s Mumbai office with my own expense. And seller said me they will shipped new replace piece tomorrow but yesterday seller’s dealer call me and they said camera is ok, so I said him I show this to sony service station and they also found it’s faulty and not only Sony but I show to camera expert person also and they all give me result camera are faulty. But now seller not response me even they will email me before for send back they replace new piece. Seller also not response well. So please sir, i talk with seller i purchase new and fresh piece from you, so I have right to have proper fresh piece without any fault. but seller said me what can I do if dealer not support me. So i am really tired because I will doing everything what they said even I send hand to hand return my product with spend huge money and many phone call’s and now seller turn change to his promise, and he try to make fooling. They sale faulty product even buyer’s paid for fresh new piece. I said to seller we are customer and we have right to have only fresh new piece, not faulty piece. because I paid full payment for new one so why I accept faulty piece. so please sir I request I fell help less with ebay support, they only interested to sale, no care for customer right . I want new replace piece.
