    Default Complaint against authorised sony service centre

    DEAR SIR
    I am bound to write you against the service provided to me by the authorised service centre of SONY COMPANY, M/S AKRITI SERVICE POINT of JABALPUR Madhya Pradesh.
    That sir I have given my SONY Digital Camera Cybershot DSC H9 to your service centre at jabalpur on 19th of Dec 2011 vide job card no-5284315 in name of Mr Rupesh Choudhary for repairing of damaged Photo Switch panel & also paid a sum of Rs 3000/- in advance.The Service in charge of the service centre somewhat Mr Soni told that the part was unavailable at that time and ordered the same and promised me to inform the same whenever the said part will arrive. Even after one month I didnt got a single call or information as well as Mr. Soni also he had never called me either about the part or the camera or the servicing of it. As I am residing at Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh very far from him I have called him number of times for the same but he was saying that the part has already been despatched but not received by us. I have also sent about 10 times to one of my relative Mr Rupesh Choudhary from Satna, madhya Pradesh about 250 kms from jabalpur who deposited the camera for servicing in his name when ever they ask to come. However it take another month to reach the said part to the service centre.
    But very to a surprise till date the service centre is unable to deliver my camera nor they are picking up my phone calls. I dont know what the matter is going on.I am facing lot of problems since last four months and also dont know where my camera is.I am very much upset with services paid by you. I have called hundred of times to Mr. Soni on his Mobile No 9893118500 but he is not picking up my calls. On contact to the reception on 0761-4084948 of the centre they are always saying that Mr. Soni is out of service centre and surely they will call back whenever he comes. I am still waiting for their esteemed calls.
    I don’t know either its gone wrong with me or the esteemed sony company. So plz look into the matter as urgent as I have no other option against them for justice.You can call me on my mobile ph 09436058244 or correspondence with my email id aneez.2000@rediffmail.com.
