My name is anil kumar gupta.i bought icam16 from tvc sky shop through online.but this handi cam is defective.so i want to replace this handi cam . Tvc sky shop company not responce me and I have return back by courier,consignment note No –DEL300118809 dt 13.6.2011 and he is also received dt 25/06/2011 my icam but not sending me after request and i am call him dt 21/6/2011 to 30/11/2011 again by again.

Please sir help me.
