Sir, I watched Homeshop18 program on T V on 13 October 2009 at 10.15pm.They were
showing advertisement of toy helicopter. I telephoned them at 10.21pm and orderd a
toy helicopter.I recieved a message from homeshope18 at 10.27pm on 13/10/2009 that
my order no.is 701770228 and to expect the order to be delivered within next 7-8
days.Then I recieved a message from TM-BlueDart at 8.09 am on 16/10/2009 that order
from Homeshop18 will reach me thru BlueDart vide Awb 58575938072 on or
after16-oct-09 They also advised me to keep Rs.1499 ready in cash to recieve the
same.I recieved a message on 16/10/2009 at 3.45pm that my order no 701770228 has
been shipped and the order will be delivered to me within 2-3 working days.Then I
recieved the toy helicopter on 21/10/2009 at 2.17 pm and I found that the toy
helicopter was not working. I telephoned homeshop 18 at 4.15 pm and they told me
that they have registered my complaint and my complain no was 2186897
and They will call back within next 24 hours, but I didn't get any call from them.
Then I called them on23/10/2009 at 11.53 am but they told me to wait.But i never
recieved a call, So i telephoned them at 6.41pm on 24/10/2009 but they told me to
wait for 24 hours.Then I telephoned them on 12.24pm on 26/10/2009 ,They told me to
contact TNT on telephone no 18004259999 or 60009999 and my account no was given
74099. I telephoned TNT on 27/10/2009 at 5.04pm but they told me to contacat
between 10am to 5 pm so I cotacted them on 28/10/2009 at 2.55pm they gave me
booking no 300362 and told me that my packet will be lifted within half an hour.I
waited for 24 hours but nobody came to my place to take my packet.Then I contacted
TNT on at1.08pm on 29/10/2009.But booking was cancelled .I asked the reason but
they told me that they have booked it again and new booking no was given 300919 and
they told me that the article will be picked up within half an
hour. I complained this to homeshop18 at 1.21pm on 29/10/2009 but they told me to
wait. Nobody came to me. Then I contacted TNT at 4.05 pm on 30/10/2009 but they
told me that my booking was cancelled beacause my telephone no 9898993737 IS NOT
CORRECT.I told them that they have sent me a message on the same telephone
number.So they told me that my article will be picked up within next half an
hour.but NOBODY CAME TO PICKUP my article.I telephoned homeshop18 on 30/10/2009 but
no satisfactory answer was given. So I request you to help me as soon as
possible. I will be very greatful to you if your help can any how help me.I PAID
FULL MONEY BUT I DIDN'T GET THE THING IN PROPER WORKING CONDITION. I FEEL CHEATED.

I have purchased touch screen mobile (Sub order No. 71525998 ) in the month of Aug 09. after one week use the mobile stopped charging with the both batteries and both chargers are not working . several complaints were maid to custumer care problem are not attended. Home shop is not picking the mobile for repair or replacement and not intimating where to snd it for repair and i tried at my cost to send it for repair in maharashtra (Nasik) courier agencies are not accepting to ship the mobile for repair to the ware house at mumbai even First flight is also not accepting. Warranty is expiring and mobile is not in Use.

I have purchase a transcend mp3 player worth 4400.I received the product on 20th nov.After 5days that mp3 player is not working...So as i have seen that if we are not getting the correct product they will replace the product or they will give back the money.So i was doing calls from that time when ever i called them they are telling that we will resolve the issue.With the loss of 4400 i have another loss of cost of nearly 100 calls to them.But my issue was not at solved.after some days they gave some TNT courier service number i called to them they have noted down my address and told that they will take the product by that day evening but no one has come so i called them around 4pm they told that there person is on the way to my home.when i caled them again at 5 pm they told that they are not having there courier service in my place.dont they know that upto that time.k i told the same to homeshop18 again by calling them.then that person told that you have send the defective product by your own courier and tell the details of that courier so i went to a courier shop in my place but that person rejected to take the coureier shipment of a mp3player i told the same to them.then some person from homeshop called me after 2days and she told she will arrange some way to send the product but till now i did not get a call from her.
Please tell me some way so that i can get my money back....

I bought Imedia touch screen from homeshop18 on 24th Nov. I received it about two weeks back but i am facing problems with the phone. Once the battery gets discharged it does not get charged again. I saw a simiar thread.Can you please tell me what did you do to get your problem solved.
Also which number of homeshop18 to contact to register our complaint.

However, when this MicroSD Card was inserted in the mobile or any other card reader, it is found to be corrupted / unusable / defective.
